There are different ways to read time like 13:30 pm is 1:30 pm so there will be a setting to change the way of time on your phone( hope i make sense) All you have to do is go to date and time and on 24 hour time

well for clock it;s automatic from the iPhone, when you change the font, it will follow the font, u can not modify it :)
