I think if you want to do different styles then cutting the strings are are a great idea. I never cut the strings on any of my braids cause I’m not talented with the styling part 😂😂😂 this is such a gorgeous unit but ho est,y not as gorgeous as the braided ones. Just my opinion! You look fabulous tho and so pretty!M fabulous review 🤗🤗🤗🤗😂💕

Your not supposed to cut the strings. They did that to lay the braids to avoid showing gaps.

I have quite a few of these wigs. You can wear a wig grip under but keep in mind you may not be able to wear half up/half down styles. Also because these wig lines almost always have Swiss lace, just know there maybe be lifting at the hair line. If you do not want to use glue, I highly suggest got 2 be glued or gorilla snot - both of which are easily removed with water.

Do the braids itch you on your back thru your clothes, and do know how to stop that?

Hey Sis. No I have not had that issue at all. I don't recall if that unit is heat safe or not but read the box & if it is you may be able to dip it in hot water for a couple minutes to soften the fibers. But sis test it on a couple braids in the back 1st (if it's heat safe) before you submerge the whole wig. You want to be catious & very careful not to ruin your unit. Follow the manufacturers recommendations. I hope that helps. -WEEZY💗

Nooooo! Don't cut that string. It goes out of control with movement and tracks become more visible when worn just down and loose once you do cut it.😱

The string is there to keep the braids in place so that you don’t see the tracks or the filler braids. Your not supposed to cut those

I dipped mine in not steaming hot but hot water just at the top and the hump settled and I’ve been wearing for 3 months. I recently braided it sections and dipped again and now it has a pretty wave. Ladies! It’s worth the coin 🤩
