You can use the walls to separate the toilet (two/three by one and the one) two/three along the side of toilet and one across and you can place a door on the one across

Service center needs it's own small kitchen and bathroom or the employees will spend a lot of time walking and not waiting on customers. Love the series.

You know Seniac that under advanced setings on the routs you can deside what bus type the route shud have This will help you to keep the Dubbeldecker buses on routs that need them and the smaler buses on routs that are better for them..

For the toilet you can add 2 walls btw the toilets and a tinted door, a little bit privacy doesn’t hurt the pockets

Of course, once your depot is fully extended, your buildings will be off centre. Also why not relocate your lockets into your miles of corridors.

The not reachable is a bug. Even I have faced it in one of my playthroughs. If you exit to the main Menu and reload it will go away. I have reported it to the developers.
