सर जी नमस्कार मेरा खुद की कमाई का मकान औरंगाबाद महाराष्ट्र राज्य में है लेकीन मेरा पुत्र और पुत्र वधू दोनोने मिलकर मकान पुत्र के नाम करने से मना करने पर हम दोनो पति पत्नी को मार पिटकर घर से निकाल दिया है अब हम दोनो पति पत्नी पुणे महाराष्ट्र मे दामाद के घर 6 महिने से रहते है क्या हम पुणे महाराष्ट्र से पुत्र और पुत्र वधू के उपर पुणे महाराष्ट्र से औरंगाबाद महाराष्ट्र मे पुत्र और पुत्र वधू पर पुणे महाराष्ट्र के डी एम या एस डी एम के पास केस फाईल कर सकते हैं

This is a wrong judgment, because it is judged on the sympathetic ground of the senior citizen.The page of Senior Citizens Sympathetic Ground is viewed Senior Citizen is a human being so he may have greed, desire, lust. As parents are equal to heaven, Similarly, Supreme Court and High Court should give judgment keeping in mind that the child is created by his parents. So in all cases parents mean great and children mean criminal it is not always true. This is a wrong judgment, I oppose it.
