Thank you Meredith I enjoy the exercises. I have hip and knee problems but can’t lift my knees or my thighs very high.Any exercises to help this problem? Thank you

Hi Beverley! Strengthening the core, hip flexors, and quadriceps will all benefit you. Do the lower body band workout, as well as core and back workout. I hope this helps, and I look forward to hearing from you soon! Take care!

How often can I do a playground ball workout? Are they ok to do daily?

Best to do every other day if using as a strength training device. If just holding for ROM, can be daily.

I am so happy we workout together each morning!:) As far as the big fitness ball goes, just sitting on it and doing upper body work is a great workout; and if you have the ability, doing wall squats with it behind you is great for lower body. I appreciate that, I am in my 40's, but thank you! I have been training and working with seniors for many many years. The age of the trainer does not necessarily matter if they know what they are doing:) I hope you try out some workouts and enjoy them!! Take care!
