Please you guys should leave Finidi, alone. He has left the job, the NFF SHOULD appoint the messiah . Portugal did not play Ronaldo in the majority of their friendly games prior to the Euros, while England did not play Harry Kane or jude Bellingham in the majority of their friendlies. Most friendlies are used to evaluate fringe players and see how they will fit in. Do you want to play Ademola in a friendly when you are already familiar with hi s abilities? What was the score when Ademola and co played against Benin? Finidi is better than what you guys what to make him look like.

But the coaching style is awful. Merely listening to his responses in interviews gives a tip as to how his interactions with players might be. As an example, he was asked about his playing style, he said expect man city style. Now the question is, does man city play tiki-taka football in slow motion? A team without intensity. When teams have complacent players, you see the coaches run up and down the line shouting, pointing hand, telling specific players to watch out and etc. (Conte and Simeone). The idea of I talk to them in the prep room so the know what to do isn't invoke. Game dynamics changes in - play not at intervals. The half time talks only have effect 5 - 10 minutes into the game. When you see coaching crew in matches have small tablets and laptops what do you think they are doing? That is performance/tactical analysis systems. No serious coach does coaching by eyeballing and walking down the line. This has nothing to do with NFF. We are in a data age and Nigerians should seek the best becos the deserve it. Hi, please stop promoting our ex-footballer to be the coach. The super eagle coach is not for everybody. They ex footballer should drafted to the home based super eagle. Let us see if they can win that cup first.
