@@GerhardPietsch Hi thanks, just wondered if you do any videos in English, Im in the UK and of course dont speak, German is or Swiss? But the videos are easy to follow, and an inspiration. I teach chair exercise and movement and dance to over 50's or I will when I get back into it, just finishing a refresher course with the Keep Fit Association in the UK. But like I said, KFA often work in partners or groups, using relationship, sometimes with apparatus like flags, scarves, balls or other stuff. I have subscribed so will be looking over your videos. thanks again
