Wonderfully done! I found this workout extremely helpful. As a group fitness instructor working with older adults I appreciate the simple and safe instruction; as well as the variety of exercises. I also liked how you mentioned which parts of the body to focus on tightening, such as hamstrings and abs or quads and abs, etc. Also, reminding students to breathe...SO IMPORTANT! It might be helpful to wear pants that are not the same color as the shirt, so it's easier to see how the exercises should be done. Also, what would you recommend if someone starts to cramp up--especially the exercises where you squeeze the ball with fingertips and hold it? Thanks! Keep making these videos, I've only seen one and I think it is AWESOME!!

Hi what brand of ball and size of ball do you recommend?

Hi! The ball I use is a kids playground ball, about 22” in diameter. It needs to be semi soft, with slight resistance. I get mine from the grocery store here, but they are available at many stores.
