Sir, my name is B. V. Rao presently working as SSE. Sir, i joined Railway in 2007 as App.JE in Electrical/TRS and further confirmation on 27 Jun 2009 at MEMU car shed. At that time in the division we have two sheds - one is electric loco shed and other is MEMU car shed at different places. In 2010, seniority position upto 4200 grade pay are seperately and options were asked for transfer between sheds. I opted Electric Loco shed as same is situated in better city and i wanted to persue coacing in the institutes for Civil services. But, due to hectic working and rounf the clock duties in the shed, i have opted for mutual transfer with the person confirmed as JE in 1.4.2011 who is working at MEMU car shed where i was initially appointed. In 2013, while preparing seniority lists for SSE promotion, they placed me under him and written date of entry as 1.4.2011 instead of 27.06.2009. Sir, the feeder grade is JE only for SSE promotion. Sir, please guide me how can to take my seniority back. It is effectingly my meager chances of promotions also. Waiting for your reply please Regards
