I am 66 and this dizziness just happened to me recently. Plus I broke my leg two years ago. I have veen exercising though. Need to walk more.

I have found rubbing my head vigouresly for a minute or two after standing up helpful in preventing dizziness.

I am 74 ,vegetarian and weight 64 kgs.I fell down from Cycle 🚴 and brokevmy neck.Terrible pain in neck. I have poor balance. I walk more and exercise to keep mobility, but Neck pain not decreasing

It’s not solely a disease of old age. I had it starting in my 20’s. It did become progressively worse as I aged. One could sense going down if one paid attention, but every once in a while you’d forget and faint. It went away, not through exercise, but oddly enough through TRT. A few weeks after first shots, I never had any occurrence.
