Nah I think he honestly dodged a bullet tbh. I thin the question was like "What are your hobbies" to which she must've said travelling/holidays and I think he saw that as something she did all the time and that she's very much about living that extravagant lifestyle and travelling every month which is a pain for a lot of people. So completely understandable. Im sure he likes going on holidays just not tot the extent she probably likes to go on.

It just takes time for people to mature. You have live through a lot to know how to control your emotions. I think what Michelle Obama said recently on "The Cross-Generational Conversation" relates to this, it just takes time for you to understand a situation and how to deal with it. What we've witnessed today are people who prob was highly emotional when getting rejected in their 20s or 30s, but they are now more mature and better at dealing with criticism, rejection, different personalities, etc.

@@KarlenBell Talking out of your ass. These ppl are well into their 60s 50s... How are you trying to say people need approximately 30-40 years of the nonsensical mess that is the dating nowadays to learn to control emotions and blah blah blah. These people are more emotionally mature because the people in the culture the grew up with weren't a bunch of confused oversensitive self centred google regurgitating social media addicts. You clearly don't understand the differences. The man told her he wasn't attracted to her. Now do millennials. The girl will either get with a guy she isn't attracted to just to use him, or because she doesn't know what she wants, or get with a guy based only on attraction and how "cool" he acts, which will always result in failure of the relationship. And when he said attracted, he didn't just mean she has to be smoking hot, he just means her personality couldn't overcome her looks. If she had a personality he vibed with, he might have not even said that. These people are old and know how to cut through the mess. A lot of trivial things that millennials use for picking partners, don't matter anymore to these people. They're not just looking to bang. They're not looking for someone to support them. They're not looking for a status symbol. They're looking for a true companion to pass the time with and share life together. That's one thing millennials don't really understand the difference of. You can be with someone and not actually be sharing life together. There's always secrets, insecurities, and infidelity...a complete lack of opening up and honesty between two people, which ultimately leads to failure. People stuck in their own bubbles, only thinking about themselves, never truly understanding each other, just seeing a veiled surface of a persons routines and thinking they know them, with everything underneath the surface being constantly hidden or misunderstood, not only to their partner, but even to themselves. Millennials don't understand intimacy. The first thing that pops into their head is either sex or saying something that makes them feel bad or embarrassed. Those are just shadows of intimacy, not the actual substance. Millennials lack the ability to completely step outside of themselves and see a person for who they are while also letting a person see them for who they are. This is why soo many relationships fail. They never entertain the idea of being with the people they could realistically be happy with, because they're too busy thinking looks and liking similar trends is what makes a good partner.

I love how with these you see the younger people are shy, then the middle aged are very much not shy, and they we get to see the seniors and they are a mix of both. I love to see shy old people communicate it is kind of funny.

This was so chill. Like, much less focused on chemistry and more so about actually getting to know the other person. Compatibility isn't solely about physical attraction. Give us more seniors!

You can se the difference between older people and 20s and 30s. They are just more respectful to each other and more welcoming. Even when they tell the true, they dont want to hurt other people feelings. This episode was the best one till now!!

Could be that she just happened to get mismatched in who they paired her with. But in a way I think she gave us a good example of how *not* to approach these situations. She may be a sweet person, but the energy shown here was decidedly standoffish.

Yess more of these, I love to see older people getting another chance on connecting and making something new ❤️ Gives me hope for the future cause I'm a loner in my prime lmao I think it would be interesting to have a button episode of younger adults (or just, adults) who have taken a long break from dating. For example, I'm 25 and haven't tried dating since I was 21 (and that doesn't mean someone is going through a hoe phase either btw). It would be cool if you did an extended version that had a bit more genuinity and let people have a bit more time to get to know each other and also not state weird things like "Hannah is afraid of garbage disposals" or whatever weird ass-unrelated things that y'all come up with saying right after two people meet.
