I am pretty sure that "Dess and Ada" effect works even if they die, if you compare with wording of "Eclipse dragon", only difference is that "eclipse dragon" effect is permanent until you cast specific card whereas "Des and Ada" says "this round", so this effect last only for one round.

Really hard to say and depends exactly what control tools BC will have by release.

Problem with that is only that the best card in the deck practically REQUIRES one to hit allegiance or you are in deep deep trouble... Been playing ma wraiths for sum 10 months now stopped only for Irelia briefly. The deck will definately grow stronger after the expansion but still there are no good enough incentives for you not to go in a full 40 hit allegiance for sure every time deck if you want to play it at its full potential.

Yeah she creates 2 darkness spells in an attack turn. Summon her, get darkness. Use darkness fast before attack, then attack, get another darkness for post attack. Really good reveal here. It's gonna make control viable again and also the extra cards will boost aggro in some ways. So it's fun to see. Instead of nerfing everything just make everything better. Sounds good to me!

Dess and Ada specifically is worded so that the DARKNESS is what's doing the damage. if you amp darkness damage in any way, this applies to the sweep effect the give to the spell. if your darkness is upped to deal, say, 5 damage now? Dess and Ada show up and give you a 0 mana darkness that deals 5 to all enemies. that's them showing up and even if your opponent immediately kills them, you have a 0 mana 1 sided wipe in your hand. Matron for board wipe immediately.

I personally think making Senna and Veigar having the same archetype is kinda "off the rails". Senna is good enough without giving her "create a Darkness in hand"; since Veigar should have some ways to have more Darkness, like "if Darkness killed a unit, create another one in your top x cards", this will make his level up condition more tricky but he can still do well on his own. As Senna is a potential SI/Demacia card, she can have something like "make all enemy burst spell become fast" to fit the Demacia theme. Especially, Senna also can have two forms of level-up (maybe they want to keep it until Kayn, I think), like: "If Lucian is an ally/if I am in Demacia... . Otherwise, ..." And when she is in both SI and Demacia, she should have both abilities. I think Veigar would hardly be in any well-built deck without Senna, but not in the other way around.

wait viegar on 4 u wain until turn 6 darkness can deal 4 damage at least bc viegar has been on the field for 2 turns and +2 basic = 4 on turn 6 u play darkness deal 4 then ixtali sentenal then second darkness deal 4 * 2 = u have leveled up viegar thats without cosider that there is another followers summon and making darkness bigger

Dess and Ada's darkness will do more than 2 damage to everything if you buff darkness with veigar or the 3/2. If you get veigar down on turn 4 it will do 6 damage to everything, including the nexus if you leveled veigar. edit - nvm. Dess and Ada's 2 to everything actually doesn't benefit from Veigar's buff. RIP

I think pack your bags shouldnt work the way it works with karma (cheating cost) cuz it nullify the reason why the nerf only hit pack your bags and not go hard, however there was no big deal with that interaction since it was unique and hard to pull (mana ten and at least 2 go hard). Now we got a new (and better) way to cheat out pack your bags wich could lead to a new go hard meta (even worse than the first one). Thats why i personally think they should modify the "nerf" to pack your bags so it always cost 5 even when cheated out of rare interactions (i mean, if you cast go hard on leveled karma it only plays as go hard OR it cost 5 mana). Many may disagree, but as new things are realeased it would be some serius problem with this "rare" interactions (many of wich are even a "mechanic" but instead a way to break the game throug "holes" in the system and desing) that may break the game. This is a example of it, go hard was first designed to cost 1 as well as pack your bags, however the card prove to be so opresive they had to nerf it BUT they decided to only nerf "a part" of the card breaking the original desing in order to balance the card, wich lead us at the problem we will have in the future with sena's interaction.

The last champion i loved as much as Senna even before release was Irelia, and we all know how that turned out. I hope it will not turn out this way again, the whole Irelia deal almost made me quit the game entirely, not the nerfs, but the hate.
