$4,000 unit, yet it can't connect to Blutooth and App doesn't work. Searching internet, only to learn I'm one of many who has the very same problem. Like, seriously???

Not working at all. It’s unbelievable how such an expensive product is literally unable to connect to a phone via bluetooth. Oh and that “smart” control app... is the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s embarrassing to sell a product with 2500 euros that is not capable to establish a bluetooth connection with a phone. That’s basic, just basic fail in 2020 to face such an issue. There are device with 5$ on Ali that have better bluetooth experience. Just embarrassing... really

I agree. I am having connection issues as well even after going through the troubleshooting instructions and whatnot... something as simple as synching over Bluetooth is so 90s that the fact that a 2,500 usd device is not able to do so blows my mind. What a joke...

This soundbar has been one of the biggest disappointments of all my AV gear over 20 years. Constant Eco mode no pairing turn itself off or doesnt activate when the Tv switches on - despite CEC enabled - for the price and the hype - really not worth it. my Yamaha 2700 had better features.
