Good discussions. Hockey Canada definitely dropped the ball by not extending an invite to Yakemchuk.

Button at the 3:43 mark of the video makes a claim of NHL goaltending having become “a tandem spot.” Indeed, I have found that with Canadian NHL teams dying out are the days of one goalie starting in at least 60 regular season games even with Connor Hellebuyck of the Jets having at least been on pace to do so during the past several seasons. The Canucks three seasons ago thought that using Thatcher Demko like Hellebuyck would work wonders, but all it did was make Demko injury-prone, with Demko having: - 2 seasons ago, missed almost 3 months due to a groin injury - from last April to this week due to a series of injuries that had started during the 1st game of the Preds-Canucks playoff series The Sens’ coaching staff IMO would be wise to learn the lessons from the overuse of Demko as to what can happen if a goalie is overused because goalies with the stamina of Hellebuyck certainly don’t seem to be as easy to find anymore in the hockey world.

Sens defense could have been better on two of those goals
