Yes you must love yourself, repect yourself and use wisdom. I Also learn alot from these dramas but it seems there is also a thin line between being humble and foolish sometimes I think they enjoy the abuse so they go back, crazy. Anyways these are just my thoughts or pov, If it is a case where you are in a relationship you where you can't express your love, its not a good relationship.
