Quick warmup and meditation to relax, calm mind and body for inner balance. The butterfly's wing movement of opening and closing can be simulated with breath and awareness to balance one's energy in giving and receiving.
This warmup lesson is an excerpt from the Butterfly series-- a nature and Feldenkrais series of online classes with Annie Thoe on her Sensing Vitality™ Patreon site about opening the shoulders, learning from butterflies as well as learning more about butterflies in the process.
