I love these videos. My only criticism here would be that it's a little confusing having the values you are averaging as % values. I think it would have been clearer if they had been $ values to show that the standard deviation result is an absolute figure, not a percentage, especially as you go on to explain that the coefficient of determination is a %.

The probabilities (which are what we are calculating) are not in $'s but are %'s. The standard deviation itself is always in the same units as the observations (and the mean) and will as a result only be expressed as a % if the observations are given as %'s..
