Myślę, że przy takim zróżnicowaniu zastosowanych efektów każdy może odnaleźć coś, co najlepiej na niego podziała i niekoniecznie potrzebne są do tego duże ilości przedmiotów. Muzyka zawsze pomaga w odpłynięciu do własnego świata i większym zaangażowaniu w słuchanie zmieniających się dźwięków, które odciągają umysł od niepotrzebnych myśli. Filmik dobry nie tylko na ułatwienie zasypiania, ale też na chwilowe chociażby zapomnienie o sprawach życia codziennego. :-)
