So much criticism...These people have worked tremendously to build this instrument, which only allows the players to express themselves more and to ease their editing and processing work, just like the 'ROLI' keyboard does. No one forces anyone to use it instead of the normal guitar, so the hate is unjustified. Congrats to the team!

Sound projected through electrical amplification? Check. Typically played by strumming and picking? Check. Shares parts with a standard guitars' construction? Check. All, with no exception, guitar techniques work on this? Check. Unless you can give a satisfactory reason as to why this isn't just a guitar with built- in effects, then you're essentially contradicting fact.

In 50yrs people won’t be remembering Randy Rhodes and how amazing he was. Times are a changing but why does everything go in the direction that makes playing a guitar or whatever easier and require no discipline and practice to learn? That’s the problem today, everything comes to easy. This guitar is a cool invention but I have no interest in supporting something like this only to take the cheap easy way out.
