In Matthew 9 : 13 Jesus says quoting the prophet Hosea "GO AND LEARN THE MEANING OF THE WORDS, 'IT IS MERCY I DESIRE AND NOT SACRIFICE,' I HAVE COME TO CALL, NOT THE SELF RIGHTEOUS, BUT SINNERS."
