Fr. Pacwa is a holy priest. And a very well educated, and humble man. A true Jesuit. God bless him. Ave Maria. ☘☘☘

A true Jesuit indeed. Rare. The only Jesuit who called out the Pacha-idol in the Vatican. The rest of them defended it.

@@pepper72375 The Jesuits are, when they don't go wrong, the sharpest of the Priests.; their training and erudition is superb.

I used to be a hippie, but my body was taken over by the spirit of a conservative Catholic... Thank God!

I knew that nun was wrong! I was thinking "Santa Maria Maggiore is WAY older than the year 1000, and it's not even the oldest Marian church"!

This is a second Priest I have heard that Dungeon and Dragons is not a good game based on the effects. The other Priest is an Exorcist.

35:00 I've been around these circles (only online), as a wanderer... I will say with all honesty. Satanism (LaVeyan - atheist/agnostic humanism) had less amount of disturbed souls than New Age ... If you want to chat with loonies and experience psychic attacks, go straight to New Age circles. 😂 ....... Satanists (LaVeyan, not the theistic types, there are such and they get criticized and made fun of unless they have a solid grasp of occultism and can make their case clearly, which rarely happens) at least are mostly "grounded" and have a strong sense of self even if they are wounded (typically from history of abuse). The "religion" is mostly about "winning" in this realm, no spiritualism necessary. An ideal satanist will study power dynamics in social relationships and champion themselves... The ones I ran into are decent in conversation and they usually respect boundaries. There are emotionally unhinged teenagers here and there and they get told off 🤷 Many Satanists also come from bad Christian environments... Thats how they end up criticizing and being against Christianity... Usually Protestant backgrounds... Evangelical/fundie... New Agers on the other hand are all about conspiracies, the future, love light and cluelessness 🤷 if they mess with channelings they often end up losing it....... They're nicey-nicey but idk... Not stable if tested. On the whole, from what I've seen.. New Age is much worse than Satanism 😂

I find it odd that I'm watching a video that's critical of the New Age movement which I happen to agree with but I'm getting video suggestions telling me how it's the dawning of the age of Aquarius and whatnot

I think it is important to remember that all heresies start with a denial of some truth none of them are going to completely wipe away all of it but in the New Age movement there's no truth so how would you deny it? I honestly thought for a while that the New Age died with the nineties but now I'm thinking that it's just under a new name and that name is relativism. I think Father Mitch is a prophet lowercase p

I lived with the Lumbees in North Carolina for several years and they hate the term "Native American" as well. My neighbors in Phoenix, Nelson was Navajo and Jim was Lakota they told me that one reason he liked me was that I was the only white guy they knew that wasn't part Cherokee. Also that "Native Americans" were white people that pretended to be part Indian. They would say "we're American Indians." They found the term Native American offensive.

For the record I am a mixed-blood American Indian my father was Sauk and Lakota my mother is also mixed, and the one thing that bothers me about the New Age movement is cultural appropriation of American Indians and Asian Indians for that fact I remember reading an article that Karl Keating wrote about a Seneca Indian descendant about how he was descended from a Medicine Woman and it's clear to me that guy doesn't know very much about traditional Seneca beliefs. I don't doubt his Heritage there's a lot of racism in Indian country and it's pathetic but at the same time I think it important to learn what your tribe has traditionally taught if you're going to claim something along those lines one of my ancestors was a doctor. I think he got in trouble for practicing without a license and also being an Indian which was a real thing by the way you could get in trouble for that especially in the southeast. (United States). Not everyone in the United States that looks like me is lying about their Heritage that frustrates me too but not more than the people that try to appropriate it for money. The truth is that grey eyed Indians are not that uncommon. Each tribe sets their own membership rules and the largest tribe in the United States is the Cherokee Nation which does not have a minimum blood quantum (that doesn't mean just anyone gets in you still have to be a descendant from the Dawes roll). why do I bring this up? I was talking with a teacher I had that an art history and appreciation class that I had to take in College. I told her that my great-grandmother was buried the traditional Indian way for her tribe and I asked for what she thought that was about eventually I found out why. So the lady takes my hand and starts touching like the lines on it and I I asked her what she is doing and she tells me that a lot of "Native Americans" (a term I hate) are psychics. I see that as being extremely racist now I'm not sure that this type of thing is prominent but I felt given my racial and ethnic background that that was kind of a messed up thing to say and a messed up thing to do. I don't think my ancestry makes me a psychic because I am certainly not one.
