Seeing you use Pixie Powders has made me dig out my Cosmic Shimmer stash including the Colours by Phill Martin ones. I think I bought them at Ally Pally (where I went for many years), when the old Creative Expessions team would be in a line - Phill, then yourself (telling Phill off), then I think Lisa and John. Happy days!

Yes you can! Although the colour may not be as intense as with the Pixies as they have dye powder in them too. I thought I mentioned that you could use Phill’s powders? I meant to if I didn’t.
