Can someone help me here. In this case there something that bothers me all the time. 1) When intruder approaches anyone and is armed with a gun is it possible that someone can stand up and start fighting the intruder who is holding a gun? 2) When such happens can the intruder just shoot one person and leave others to live to tell about the murder? 3) Can some intruder holding a gun ask money and cellphone and then allow someone to pass through. Especially in that small house because whoever is intending to leave the house and going outside has to pass through the intruder, and being 2 intruders for that matter. These questions remain unanswered. If it really happened like that. The hit men were so poor in doing their task and the late victim can we say he was so stupid to put himself in such danger? We can here many theories but common sense says a man with a gun cannot be under estimated to a point of fighting him with bare hands.

My hypothesis, Longwe hired and knew these on behalf of himself and Kelly. No wonder he could walk out. Longwe messed up everything by calling these guys prematurely before people left the house. But Longwe was so posed off to see the guy who had spent the night with his gf still in the company and he blamed it on Senzo whom i suspect was also chowing Zandie. Kelly and Longwe wanted Senzo dead. Just that Longwe acted on impulse of his drugs and totally messed up everything. His courage and walking out give Senzo and other guys a sense of false bravery. No one else was meant to be killed... no cell phone or money was meant to be robbed

I cam across a certain article written by someone who knows much about nkabis, he said Senzo Meyiwa was not killed by an inkabi but there is something that went wrong and people who where in the house are not willing to devulge. But Gininda knows something as well. Baloi knows something as well.

The key person in this case is Kelly khumalo in terms of her being Senzo's girlfriend she was the reason for Senzo to go with her to her Mom's house. 1. Why did Baloyi not summoned her as a witness? Senzo was driven to hospital in his car. Why was the car not swiped? 3. All those who were in that house clothes and their hands were not swiped for the gun powder, Why? 4. The hit men don't ask for phones their only assignment is to kill and leave . Why would this suspects shoot only one person? 5. If Kelly khumalo is the master mind, why was she not arrested when these suspects were arrested? 6. We know that Baloyi was supposed to take that decision. Why didn't he issue out that warrant of arrest? 7. We also know that Baloyi is related to Chicco Twala and that's why he refused to summoned Longwe Twala to court as a witness. 8. We know that Kelly called Chicco twala first instead of Senzo's family, Why? 9. We also know that Chicco twala offered Kelly khumalo a holiday trip overseas said Madlala the same night Senzo was shot at. Why? We know that Kelly khumalo refused to handover Senzo's car and other belongings to his family, Why? We know that Kelly khumalo did a sim swipe on Senzo's phone, Why? Lastly why most of the police officers who were involved in investigating this case were killed and the police show no interest in finding their killers?

Two suspects have confessed and put Kelly Khumalo as the person who hired them. The confessions have been accepted by the court as being real. The third suspect has agreed that it is him who is on those photos. The judge has allowed the defence the chance to challenge all of these facts, which is why Gininda is answering to questions about issues that have been admitted to be true before the court. Now accused 3 appears to be denying to know accused 1& 2! The cellphone analysts have linked Kelly Khumalo with the other accused through cellphone records. Confessions are what led to the case being changed to being a hit, and not a robbery. Now advocate Mnisi as a representative of accused no 3 is doing his best to extricate accused 3 from the confession mess, even though the accused has agreed that it is him on the photos. I think that if the judge sticks to these facts he will be accused of being partial, which could be why he allows the defence the time". He is the ultimate arbiter and he has accepted the confessions as being credible evidence. Now my question is what is the aim of the prosecution when it didn't charge miss Khumalo ??? This is an intriguing part . . . .". To me the honourable judge Ratha appears to be patient enough to allow everyone the chance deserved before he makes the final decision on all the facts oresented to him.

To answer to your question and this is my opinion. Remember there were plea deal negotiations between Ntanzi and the state. Mjiyako and Mshololo were part of those negotiations according to Gininda during the trial within a trial. This evidence was never rebutted. So , those negotiations collapsed because Ntanzi as he was going to turn a state witness, never agreed to a number of years he should serve as a result and he therefore retracted or withdrew his confession. So it was going to be difficult for the state to arrest Kelly Khumalo without these confessions by either Ntanzi or Muzi. So i think this is the reason the prosecution team advised Gininda to dig more as there was not enough evidence against her and fortunately the confessions are now accepted by the court. Kelly definitely will be arrested after the state is done with the 5 accused.

Morover, 9mm pistol was seen in one of accused 3 pictures. Accused 3 used to deny knowing other accused, but today he claims he knew accused 4 and 5

One question, Ginindza gives 20 lines answer. No DNA for accused persons. Ballistic Expert Lady said Student (Mr Mangena) got it all wrong. IO says the open bag that had the weapon at Police station, its integrity is compromised. Crime scene cleaned. Ntanzi interviewed by IO without warning statements, eye witnesses says the weapon guy is dark with gold teeth. Accused 3 phone is in JHB, IO wants us to believe he left his phone. IO went and told Magistrate for a fact that the weapon/ pictures on Acc#3 phone is definitely the murnderr weapon. He says its because he is a trained SAPS member. Short dreadlocks were spoted by eye witnesses, prev suspect was identified and released, now they are pointing this one😮😮. Accused 3 has long dreadlocks. IO says maybe he changed dreadlocks in one day from short to long. 😅😅. #ReleaseTheBoys.

The police official who visit first after the incident told them they must say there were 2 intruders. The cooking starts there

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Longwe alleged to have sent an sms around 6pm or just before 7pm to say he's outside? According to Kholobarate, Senzo was shot around 8:30pm. That means Longwe was in the house for over an hour. Yet Tumelo said Longwe walked past them as he was outside, smoking, and he didn't greet them. Then they went back into the house and "kwaqala umsindo". I think these timelines are very important

Remer my brother, that a suspect is armed does not mean that he automatically will win and not mean that you may not take a risk to overpower him. It is up to you to take that risk or not if u dare enough to confront him, u can take that risk. I remember the other man who was confronted by two offenders, one was armed with a gun and the other with a knife. The victim quickly grabbed the armed man and overpowerd him by taking the gun and the other suspect ran away
