Cellphone prover for deleting the communication from their backup data. 5. Chico Twala for keeping mum about the killing and not calling the police when he was first made aware of senzos death 6. Falsely accusing people and having them assaulted for not accepting the to take the blame. Such evidence cannot be by law be led here. If objected to again, the state would be obliged to furnish reasons.

Also, this is still a trial-within-a-trial - to be confined to the admissibility of statements made. The main trial is currently on pause and by law should be insulated from the t-w-t. Any issues related to the merits, such as involving Kelly, her family and the events during the shooting, should be reserved for the main trial. Why the defense keeps sneaking the merits in at this stage, only they themselves know.

But in the beginning of this case, Longwe's calls were traced to the accused premises. Few blocks from Kelly's mother's house. The exact premises where the police arrested them and found the gun that was used in killing Senzo. Corruption at it's all time high! Someone's being protected. Longwe in an interview made some questionable remarks. 1. He ran out of the house without his phone when the two man came in, to which he knew Senzo was shot. 2. Longwe ran out of the house with his phone but couldn't call the cops because he was scared. Longwe's sim was traced to the exact renting place of the accused where the gun used to execute Senzo was found with phones and money and other guns as well. Longwe's call log showed that a call that was traced to the accused before the execution of Senzo. Why was Kelly never called to the witness stand? Where's the evidence that proves that Kelly made a call and a payment to the accused? If there was evidence against Kelly, why is she not arrested? Court showed rather provide evidence that will back the Affidavit against accused as well as for the mastermind behind the killing of Senzo.

I always wondered, if Kelly is innocent and keen to have Senzo’s killers, why is it her actions following the incident suggest otherwise! She seems too keen to put a distance between herself and the incident to the point where she didn’t want to speak to the cops, she wanted to go away ‘for a while’ and then she lawyered up very quickly! Although lawyers will always tell you that you need a lawyer especially when you are innocent, that is not usually the first instinct of an innocent person!
