I cannot for the life of me believe that a human being has been placed in solitary confinement for 4 years. Solitary confinement is a very serious psychological punishment normally imposed to a prisoner who has committed an offence within the prison environment and the maximum sentence is 18 months if my memory serves me well...accused no 3 is already sentenced by prison authorities together with Brigadier Gininda for a crime he is still not found guilty of... Adv Mnisi should sue them for unlawful sentencing and illegal solitary confinement on behalf of the accused and they may be charged for breaking the correctional services Act,rules and regulations...
