Man this drama set a high standard I didn’t expect it to be so good the chemistry was off the charts and it was so sweet. I love how their love formed. The end of the last episode gave me chills. @@ksuki7282 Baby steps, my friend. Korean people does not make bl series these are the first. The touching part (in general) is a thing, they don’t touch, hug or kiss especially in front of a camera. The kissing scenes in this series is way better from other series with straight couples. These scenes are more realistic. 🥰 And yes the have improved a lot. I believe that in every series they will be better and better and the time of the episodes will be increased. At least I hope.

oh my god, this is perfect - I miss this show so much even though it's literally been like 6 hours since I finished it. "To my star" was genuinely a beautiful and heart-filled show. Series that are short tend to have bad kisses because the actors aren't close/comfortable after only a short amount of time together yet the kisses in this show (especially the end bed scene) was so intense and they actually KISSED (with tongue and smooching and stuff like that) instead of just lightly touching each other's lips (barely touching). BTW I'm not saying that a couple has to have a hot kiss to be good but it's so easy to tell when actors are uncomfortable and it just makes the scene look a bit odd if you know what I mean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOW!!!

After watching last episode I'm convinced that Han Ji Woo actually began to like Kang Seo Joon and wanted him to leave or not act so close since they first met coz he was always trying to hurt feelings of actor by saying" u won't be here long, don't play with my feelings, why u mess up life?" Etc. And when Seo Joon got his stuff left and came back saying " this all means u also like me right?" The poor boy was already crying. If he didn't love Seo Joon he would never feel sorry . It was way too much hidden but still leaves a room for imagination. Seo joon express his feelings, thought 💭 and gets permission to do anything but Ji Woo is used to be alone and can't understand the feeling of having smb in life. So he doesn't know how to talk about love friendship etc he always says u pity me for being lonely . It must be because of others from past time. A new jewelry actors set is discovered.

To be honest, I feel like Jiwoo started to have feelings for Seojun since that first "date" in the park. In that scene, Seojun said he wanted to go to outer space before he die and the next few days we see outer space decorations around the house like that moon doormat and that Jupiter poster on the wall. HAHAHA. And when Seojun drunkenly kissed Jiwoo, Jiwoo went to Seojun's room, just staring at him but he is probably expecting a clarification, a sign, or anything that Seojun may like him also. But we know that Seojun was drunk at that time and was more concerned whether he should take a bath or not and didn't take hint with Jiwoo's presence in the room. At that point, Jiwoo probably thought that Seojun is just playing and so he started to distance himself. He did this to avoid being hurt and even wanted Seojun to go but as Jiwoo said in the drama "but even being apart doesn't prevent getting hurt." UGH! This K-drama BL has been so good, especially after completing the 9 episodes. I was initially not very much into it because the first 6 episodes were kinda slow and uneventful but damn episode 7-9 really delivered.

One of my most favourite part was the easter eggs from "Where you eyes linger"! And gosh they placed it so effortlessly too. It's just so good! I love both series so much. WYEL was my favourite series to come out until To my Star. WYEL plot was not the most convincing, a bit fanfictionie but a lot kdramas specially web-dramas have that element. The execution of WYEL was so good. It was such a quality content. The cinematography, the shots, the acting, specially Jang Eui Seo's performance. I can't believe they could cast him, it was such a major surprise. I already liked him from "He is psychometric". It was a pleasant surprise to see a mainstream actor to play an lgbt character. And the story was told really beautifully too, a bit fairy tale like. I really loved the classic k drama narrations. It liked WYEL so much, and then To My Star came! And it just took over my heart. The director just leveled up in the best way. This is just so lovely. A genuine love story. A real one. One that any kdrama fan could appreciate. TMS was not just telling love story between two guys, it's a love story between two human beings. That's the focus. It wasn't just targeted towards a certain fangirl audience. It was made for everybody. And that's really precious to find, when the bl industry is saturated with mediocre fan service dramas with stereotypical and recycled stories. To My Star was such a breath of fresh air. These dramas make me so hopeful for the future of BL dramas. Such beautiful stories are getting told, the future looks promising. And you can bet I'm watching every other drama Hwang Da Seul is making for sure.

They won't film any new scenes for it. (I think the only ones that haven't gotten a movie version are Color Rush and Mr. Heart, although I am not certain about the Mr. Heart one.)

I didn't realize that how fast this drama became my favorite. The story is simple yet so good. And I'm again saying that jiwoo is puppy in real life and seojoon in reel life. The way he speaks in cute way in front of jiwoo really melt my heart. And that scene ahh when jiwoo read message and ran to meet seojoon that's so cute. Before this I really love where your eyes linger as a korean bl but now it entered at no. 1 in my favorite list.

I went in to the drama not expecting much and wondering if they are gonna only have one kiss scene. BUT OMMGGGG HOLY CRAP IT EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS WITH EVERYTHING.
