hello. The hotter the day, the more I think of Naengmyeon. In fact, there is a historical record that naengmyeon is a food eaten in the cold winter.
There are two types of cold noodles. Hamheung-style naengmyeon, known as bibim naengmyeon, and Pyongyang-style naengmyeon, known as mul naengmyeon. I'm more familiar with water cooling and non-naeng. But, in fact, this is not accurate. It is said that the exact difference between Pyongyang style and Hamheung style is in the noodles. In fact, the fundamental difference between the two lies in the material of the noodles. Pyongyang Naengmyeon uses buckwheat, while Hamheung Naengmyeon uses potato starch as the main ingredient. Because of this, Pyeongyang naengmyeon is easily broken, but Hamheung naengmyeon is tough enough to not break easily.

냉면 14000원에놀라고 발렛파킹 해주는거에 또 놀랍니다 와우 저는 저런 스타일 냉면이 엄청 밍밍 하더라고요 고기리 막국수가 막국수를 저런 스타일로 만들어 주는데 왜 줄서서 먹는지 이해가 안되었어요 ㅋ
