Seonghwa is my comfort person. All of Ateez brings me so much comfort and joy, but something about Seonghwa really gives my heart and soul peace. His voice is so soothing and calm when he speaks. I could listen to him talk all the time. I have not been an Atiny from the beginning but I have watched a majority of their stuff and to see Seonghwa’s improvements as a singer is heart warming. I’m very proud of him. He really is my Star 🌟 I love him a lot. Thanks for giving his voice a spotlight 🥰🥰🥰

I feel the same about Hwa. I’m a new Atiny, and was immediately drawn to him for his personality, looks and talent. Such a precious person, with a perfect smile. And his range and stability is incredible! He brings a smile to my face whenever I think about him, and he comforts me so much. Love you, Seonghwa!

Ateez is a group full of absolutely fucking amazing vocalists. Seonghwa’s voice is so comforting and purifying and I can’t even say *why*. It just makes you feel so comforted and loved listening to him.

His range is amazing, I struggle so much when I try to sing his part in Utopia even if I'm a girl (or maybe that's just cause my voice is way too deep haha). Like many other atinys have said, his voice is super comforting. Something about it makes you feel like you can depend and count on him, and this happens even in hyped songs like Guerilla and Wonderland.

hmm...to get a bit technical, I believe that note is not too high at all If I'm correct, it's G#4, F#4, A4, then G#4 again. (If you sang Do Re Mi etc, it would fall around the Fa, So, La range) So, those notes are all within range for a vast majority of both male and female voices. I believe those notes are considered the low to high end of the general middle range for practically every vocal type in musical theatre from baritone men to soprano women For Seonghwa, he gives the impression of it being higher because of his approach to it, often putting a lot of power behind it and flipping into his mixed voice to almost imply more strain that it may actually require. Or, perhaps, because he's got a deeper voice or a less developed mix, it may truly be reaching the high end for him (but I don't think so as he does sing higher notes in this compilation, albeit with less power) or just be harder for him to support However, for a girl, it should be quite comfortably in your chest voice but you could apply a mix to it as well to make it sound more like his. If you have a deeper voice then your range could be closer to his but, if you can sing "do re mi fa so la ti do" and hit the high "do" then you should be able to clear the note no problem w/ some practice! (I personally realized I was actually moving up the key when I sang it for fun, therefore singing much higher than him, because I was emulating his vocal style in it which occurs higher in my range. It's possible you can actually hit it but have been assuming its higher than it is!)

Seonghwa’s voice is my favourite in Ateez. what makes me instantly stan Ateez back then was his “HOOOOO” in Utopia 🤣 and while i know he is famous for his stage presence and dance, what i always look forward everytime there’s comeback/stage is his vocal 🔥

I'll probably make a short of it soon thank you! edit: I did realize the video exposes that the karaoke booth has built in pitch correction oof. I guess most live performances have some sort of alteration on them though and it's not abnormal for a karaoke booth to have it lol. It's still a good performance

Can I make a request for a future video? Your channel has become one of my favorite Ateez/ Atiny channels so I know you can do it justice. Personally, I like voices that give me a lot of emotion and Seonghwa does that for me (same with Jin from BTS) so I would rank him an 8 out of 10,cause I know he's room to grow and I would love to see how he uses his lower register more as a vocalist too🥰
