Good info. I've always wanted to go to South Korea - particularly Jeju Island. Love the message at the end.

I'm moving to Seoul in a couple of weeks. It will be good to be back in Korea. You should come back. ;-)

Also in regards to real estate in Korea, even renting here is difficult because the jeonse (전세) system requires all the money up front which you're probably aware of. Anyways, this is the most interesting and informative video you've made so far imho. Thank you!

Are the real estate costs rising in smaller cities in Korea as well or mostly larger and popular cities?

How ironic that you show Austin, TX in the video as well there at the 8:30 mark. From 2021 to 2022, the average home price has also jumped *22%*. Hope all is well.

Thanks for this video man, this really pushes me towards living in Korea as I was deciding either that or Japan. On the first of October I will make the final decision and buy a ticket for either Korea or Japan. For now Korea wins since you cannot even enter Japan lol

It is Ok the housing prices increase if the income increased But the problem if the salaries increased the Korean product cost will increase, At that time korea will face low export.
