Im doing an exchange semester next year too at SNU. I have a very specific question, in case somebody knows about that: It says on the website of SNU that the first semester begins in the beginning of March, but is it necessary or helpful to already be at SNU before that f.e. for the orientation week? Im asking because I need to choose my exams at my home uni in february, so I need to know when exactly I will be leaving for SNU. So if somebody knows if there is a orientation week or something let me know :D

Hi, I know I am extremely late with commenting on your video, however, I was hoping I could get some help. I am attending SNU next semester. You spoke of being in the sharedhouse. Do you think that it is a better option than the dorm and a great way to make friends? My biggest worry is not making friends especially since my Korean is probably at an elementary, beginner level. I know that it'll be different once I get there but I have heard good and bad stories and I just don't want my experience to be one of the bad ones. Also, you said you took baseball. I was looking at some of their courses like archery, taekwondo, tennis, etc. and it says that they teach it in Korean. Was your class in Korean or English? If in Korean, how did you adapt and get help? Thank you and I truly hope you have a great rest of your day!
