I’m excited and happy to share my latest video with you 😀
After more than 2 years of renovation my old farmhouse at the Algarve in Portugal is now completely transformed into a place that feels like paradise on earth 😇🤩
You will witness an amazing journey. In my wildest dreams I did not foresee what has been achieved thanks to the hard and passionate work of so many workers and friends 🙏
Enjoy these sometimes incredible BEFORE & AFTER impressions, I tried to condense these 2 years into just a 20 minute video….
The Casa Bela Vista is now welcoming friends and anybody who enjoys the beautiful nature and calmness of this magic place.

Just goes to show what good looks and a well-disciplined approach from a background of German engineering can accomplish. Of course having the talented help, which I would say is some of the hardest workers in Portugal, helps too. What a team! I saw every episode.

You don’t realize this consciously when you enter this magic place, but you feel the harmony and resonance immediately. Only after some time, by getting aware and coming down here he will find out why that is…..

Ralph, I'm so glad you had the insight to get the before pics and videos before work began. It makes the completion even more spectacular. I noticed the drone footage and it definitely adds to the reality of the setting. You have truly created a magic place not only for yourself to enjoy but for many of your old and new friends. I so wish I could see it in person and meet you face to face and maybe play a round of golf. But in the meantime, I feel that I have acquired a wonderful new virtual friend that I did not foresee and who has made my life more fulfilled just by watching and commenting. I look forward every 2 weeks to see what Ralph and his legion of workers has accomplished in this magical piece of Portugal. I hope you have plans to video at least some of the events that will be held at the Casa when it is appropriate to do so. I would love to see it in action and in all of its glory. You always touch me with your comments, thank you so much! 🙏 I believe we definitely share the same mind set…, if you want we can set up a video call easily and at least you could get some more real time impressions of everything that is going on here. Maybe I should set up a Zoom call for everyone who would be interested to obtain a real time interaction with CBV and have a Q&A as well. 😊 When I founded my youtube channel I had already the idea that I could document also the retreats on various topics after all the preparation work regarding construction and transformation. Your house is so beautiful, and we got lots of ideas on how to transform boring looking rooms to fantastic looking rooms. You’re an artist and it’s amazing what you did overall. We bought a house an adobe house in Palm Springs California, and got ideas from you on how to transform it. My husband is from Austria, and he is also thinking to buy a fixer around Portugal. Hopefully it’ll transpire.👍
