ok ok, so this joke makes no sense, but either they though villager wasn't at the party, and considering there's the identity of villager being a soulless axe murderer, that could be a possibility. This idea would be completely shut down by the next video confirming villager is dead however. Otherwise, it could be referring to some kind of poison that you can just tank in an animal crossing game.

We see Link, Mega Man, and Cloud are dead. I expect Sephiroth made a separate "poison" for Mega Man (something that would rust away at his circuits or something), meaning R. O. B. was also presumably killed. In general, this means that Sephiroth planned ahead for fighters immune to ordinary poison, leaving behind only Kirby, Incineroar, Kazuya, and possibly Shulk and/or Palutena.

@@alleycatgaming5433 My main point is just that if Mega Man died, that means Sephiroth carefully planned ahead rather than just using the same poison for everyone and hoping it'd kill them all. No, he gave Mega Man a special poison. And so there's no reason why he shouldn't have thought ahead for R. O. B. too. And Link, and Mewtwo, and Cloud, and everyone feasibly killable. Which basically leaves Shulk (since he could've known not to drink at all, preventing Sephiroth from tricking him), Palutena (since she's a goddess), and Kirby (since he's Kirby, and plus he survived Kazuya's trailer which is established to be canon to this storyline) as the only possible characters who could have survived. Sephiroth would've made sure everyone else was dead.
