When you and Sofia did the live together which I watched after the fact, I said in my next life I wanted to come back with her eyes and your beautiful hair. Apparently stress makes me have shedding events where my hair gets thinner on particular spots on my head - like around my face on one side. Not natural at all. I have spent most of my life perfecting my techniques for making me look like I have more hair. I use the Velcro rollers as well, but get mine at the beauty supply store where you can get different sizes. What I wanted to tell you is that I don’t have nearly as much hair as you do, and it takes me 15 rollers. Mine are not as big as the dry bar ones, but I still think you might need more than one package if that’s the kind you get. I put a gel on my hair, then get it mostly dry. Then I spray each strand as I roll it up with a curl reactivator. A mist of water or leave in conditioner might work as well. If you wiggle the roller sligtly as it reaches your scalp it sort of locks in the roller. Then I hit it with the hair dryer. In my case that takes about 2 seconds, but know it would take you longer. I’ve tried just leaving my hair slightly damp and rolling it, but that never turns out as well for me. I think the hair needs the slight spray of dampness so that it tightens up around the roller as it dries. Make sure you finish by hitting it with cool air which seems to set the curl. This is so much less stressful than using a curling iron or round brush because, as you said, you can put your makeup on while the rollers do their thing. Thanks so much for your videos! Great suggestions. I’m adding to my YSL eyeshadows. Will try the Davines. When I went through Peri and then full blown Menopause my hair did the same thing. Falling out in clumps. It was crazy. I’ve always had very full thick coarse wavy/ curl hair. Had to go to Endocrinologist because my hormones were just going nuts. Hormone replacement helped but what really helped the hair situation was using Minoxidil (rogain). I use the men’s strength in the liquid form. Can get it at Sam’s or Costco. That fixed the hair situation. Been using it for 29 years. Just turned 69 this month. Thank you for the Sephora recommendations ~ CeCe 🍁

I need that olive rare beauty eye shadow stick. Love those sticks so much and this color is perfect. For the makeup by Mario stick blushes, do you think they last through the day? Also if I could add my recommendation it would be for the Ilia Base Face Milk. It’s lovely for us super sensitive/reactive/dry people. The Merit serum didn’t work for me (small breakouts due to the niacinamide). I did love the Merit perfume at first but didn’t love it after a few hours, I personally wanted the pear to last. Thanks for your recommendations!

Yes my hair falls out alot at times due to stress of my heart ❤️ failure and low iron and probably pre metapause due to had a full hysterectomy unfortunately in my mid 30's I had no choice fibroid tumors and high risk 😢 of pregnancy

Aww :-( sending you emotional warmth on the perimenopausal symptoms! Must be much more annoying with migraines. Totally validate your ailments, wish you lots of selfcare time if you can make time, and luckily there are studied ways to counteract some hair loss (I use minoxidil, and am thinking of getting the red light helmet), with consult with your dermatologist!

@@Allfeisty Just FYI and for anyone interested, minoxidil can cause scalp irritation and scalp itch. I recommend starting at the lowest dose first to see if you can tolerate it. Some derms may not warn of side effects patients experience so.

I don’t always shop this sale, it just depends on if there happens to be something I need to repurchase at the time or I’ve been actually waiting for a sale to buy it, this year just happens to be one of those times so what I’m considering for this Sephora sale is : The jumbo/value size tube of my favorite primer the hourglass airbrush vanish primer A fuller coverage more perfecting foundation to add into my collection in an addition to my favorite everyday foundation - the haus labs foundation- I haven’t decided which foundation yet … I’ve just turned 40 I have combo skin and I’m considering either the dior stick, the hourglass ambient soft glow or any suggestions 😆 The holiday 3 pack of beauty blenders- this will last me all year I want to get a new setting spray because I’ve been out for a couple weeks now waiting for either this sale or BF sales - the CT setting spray breaks me out so I’m considering the hourglass setting spray A highlighter but haven’t decided between the rare beauty silky touch, the fenty Demi glow, and the dior couture luminizer 😆 A full size container of the Elemis dynamic gentle resurfacing pads And a travel size to try of the dolce and gabana devotion intense fragrance

I LOVE the Devotion perfume. the Elemis pads are excellent! with the highlighters I'd say, choose the Rare Beauty if you're looking for pigment and dior if youre looking for something softer. Have you tried the makeup forever HD foundations? They are really good
