How beautifully portrayed the idea that there are always differences of opinions and personalities in a relationship but if your bond is strong, you can survive all odds. That "picture plot" at the end was so aptly presented strengthening the fact that even if we are meant to be together, We would only do that if we want to. Luck is never a factor in a relationship, it is made by toiling hard each day in and day out to outgrow trivial differences of one's partner and be an adult. Kaav is attracted to intellectuals and doesn't take pseudoscience (astrology or numerology or fate i.e. coincidence) seriously but when she discovers the coincidence in the sepia photo, she decides to give the strained relationship another chance. Meanwhile, Ruhhaan believes in astrology, numerology & fate but on finding the coincidence reacts differently by stating the now-famous dialogue: "We won't be together if we are meant to be. We'll be together if we want to be." People react differently to the same event i.e. a variation in perspectives.
