How much maintenance will be required beyond the initial build?

am i only one noticing they are using copper washers and then placing AL busbars ? It would have sense if it was copper busbar...but this way you are making point where oxidation/corrosion will start..also why to put those sense wires on terminals..it wouldn't cost so much extra to drill extra hole close by those terminals and then use smaller screws/special washer to make connection..

The copper busbar is plated with Ni. So it is fine to place the copper washers and the AL busbars together. As for why to put those sense wires on terminals, I think it is more of a function-upgrading choice. They can do what you said with lower cost, but they choose the more expensive but safer and more quality-oriented way.

Se ve limpio y funcional, más si en el futuro se quiere ampliar la batería, con otra caja en paralelo, pero para muchos después de hacer el desembolso de las celdas, el precio de la caja es limitativo. Yo me fabrique el soporte de mi batería, me encantaría poder actualizarlo a una de estas cajas, pero no me puedo gastar lo que cuesta. Pero hay que admitir que tiene muy buen aspecto.

I think a great product would be the case without the BMS and electronics - for those who just want the case, hold down, epoxy sheets. Otherwise, it is a beautiful product. I was looking for a solution for my 16 280Ah cells with my currently owned BMS, but I stopped looking when I saw the pricing.
