Phoenixville is actually Chester County at the beginning of this video. As soon as they cross the Schuylkill River to Mount Clair, it’s then Montgomery county from there and on. Use the river as a dividing line between Chester and Montgomery counties in this area including Spring City Chesco and Royersford Montco. I live in Royersford about 5-6 miles from the start of 99. By car 2nd Ave to 113 south is most direct to main and Church streets in Phoenixville from Royersford.
