First time I ever saw my Dawgs in person when I was 18. Born and raised in Arizona became a fan through my dad who lived in GA as a teenager while Walker was the man. This ASU was the first time either of us saw them, best game we saw of them was the Rose Bowl game vs. Oklahoma!

Musberger was so correct about the tough part of the trip. The heat exposure, two long plane trips and the recovery was what hurt Georgia against Alabana the following week. They trailed 30-0 at the half and lost 42-30. It took them a half to adjust to Alabama's physicality.

That’s because Alabama let off the gas in the 2nd half. Florida also steamrolled this Georgia team by 40 too. They just weren’t an elite team in 2008

Dude, I don’t care what anyone says, Alabana was a juggernaut!!!! By far, one of the toughest matchups for any team in all of college football for decades. Such a special squad. I don’t remember but didn’t every one of their starters go in the first round, twice?
