I used to get Migraine this time of the year and spring. They found out that I was allergic to leaf mold from rotting vegetation. They gave me a prescription for nasal spray that I use twice daily and I have not had a headache of any kind or a cold for 40+ years...

When you get back home go to a local doc and get a nerve block injection from someone with experience in treating chronic headache. You definitely want to wait until you are off the road. When you sleep try totally blocking all light and do not look at screens; light can irritate a migraine. Ice packs can help - but not while driving. Stretching your spinal cord can help unkink as well.

My sister and my daughter suffer from migraines, and they both found out they have IIH. Ideopathic Intercranial Hypertension. Migraines are caused by the overabundance of fluid on the brain and it doesn't drain properly. Caffiene sometimes works, and regular tylenol, advil or aspirin won't work. Cold compress on the face and darkness helps a little. Hoping you get rid of your nasty migraine and feel better.

Withvill, VA. I sympathize with you about your migraines. I get cluster migraines where I may have 5 or 6 a day. I am completely down for the count when they come. They will actually make me throw up, they are so bad. Ice packs are one of the few things that help. I have even resorted to lying on a tile floor with my face on the cold tile. I know it sounds stupid, but when you are hurting that badly, you do what you need to do. Be safe and I hope you feel better.

Hello Larry sorry to hear about your headache with your neck and your shoulders I know exactly how that feels I've had three surgeries on my back into on my neck with pins and rods used to have bad migraines would wind up in the hospital with them until they did the surgery on my neck the last time and that stopped the headaches but they started to come back so just went and had an MRI done now I have arthritis it's eating the disc up where the pens are for the rods so now they put me on another medicine to try to help out with that so I sympathize with you they can suck hope you get feeling better I know it's hard to drive a truck when you have a headache hard to drive anyting so be safe catch you on the f flip flop my friend

Larry my moms mom used to suffer with horrendous migraines that would put her in bed for days if she ate chocolate or drank coffee,I used to get bad migraines when I was younger,I used to get collider scope vision or blurry vision to begin with that would last from 5mins to an hour then I'd either feel like I was going to spew my guts up for ages followed with a head ache from hell or just the head ache from hell that would last for 2-3 days and no pain killer would ever shift,just sleep and rest were the only things any good for getting rid of it,but now I get migraines once in a blue moon,still don't know what causes mine.

if the chamber that soppiles air to keep the brakes shoes off the drum why did that wheels brakes not lock up with chamber broke off there it could not push the shoes away from the drums so the wheels would turn freely,just wondering

The brake chamber is what presses the s scam which in turn rotates the brakes if you lose the brake chamber it doesn’t push the s cam so the brakes do not get applied

Has to be hard when you feel ill well on the road . My wife gets botax shots in her head every three months and it takes care of hers. otherwise hers last a week at a time . She also had neck surgery. Maybe some pills to take with you.
