That's a first sponsors finish opening on this one but never on a particular oltl opening usually the video stops playing.

ABC didn’t always show sponsors after the opening regardless of the soap opera in question, for example in 1998 One Life to Live as well as General Hospital and All My Children continued on with the show until it was time for the commercials then the sponsors came on but not always.
