Everyone on KZbin is an expert apparently. I'm not, but I believe in words put out by one who is, "The difference between an amateur and a professional is that the amateur practices until they get it right and a professional does it until they can't get it wrong." Chris Costa. Keep at it, I don't see anything that you're doing wrong.

I’m not roasting you at all. Just trying to offer a tip. Your holster is canted, getting a leg strap will help with that and also help it be more stable when you draw. Some guys like em some don’t. Good drills though.

Awesome range, we all start somewhere. For pistol, it appears you may chasing to find your sight picture as oppose to bringing to sight picture to you. Perhaps try training with keeping your head in an neutral position and bring the pistol sight picture up to you. I'm just regurgitating what I was taught. Wish you the best

Respect for training. Similar suggestions as others. Holster is to far back and also to high for your body mechanics. Try the 2 oclock position. you should be able to hold your arm straight down and comfortably roll your fingers under the bottom of the holster without bending your elbow. Id uggest the True North MHA and a negative cant adapter for the safariland. I run mine about 5 to 10% cant depends what you like. Also the Nub Mod from OT Defense. Makes drawing so much easier. (also get to a class make sure you vet who your training from)
@Astronaut_E
@Astronaut_E 7 күн бұрын
Hey thanks for the advice, and yeah I looked at the MHA I might try it out on a new belt setup, and yeah I agree it’s a little too high but it’s working for me right now as I progress in my capability with pistol I’ll move to a more comfortable setup.

Bro nice video but you have no fallow through. After your shots hold your weapon out focus on sights. Before holstering or putting on safe. Think basketball, How a player shoots and leaves his hand hanging there for a second or 2 after. Work on the fallow through.
