Très beau! Let me give you one Super-8 tip that helped me a lot to improve my shots. Horizontal panning can easily get quite disorientating. That's specially the case when used for revealing broad landscapes or to show a sequence of multiple elements laid out horizontally (as in the flower shop and fish shop shots). The viewer's eyes may struggle to know what to focus on, specially at 18fps! From a cinematographic point of view, it is often better to present those elements of interest separately through more still shots, and to rather reserve panning for following a subject that is moving while preserving composition.

Hey, Dan! I got that same camera from a flea market during a trip last year. Does the motor run without a cartridge? I'm worried I'll get to fix it

Yes the motor should work when you press the trigger even without a cartridge, considering you've inserted the batteries correctly and turned the camera on.
