September Lines + Slater Cameo - Uluwatu, 11th September 2020

Even though the 11th was the day between swells, solid lines continued to pour in at Uluwatu. And with not a lot of tidal movement in the afternoon, many of the different sections that stretch over hundreds of meters were producing the goods.
There was even a cameo by Kelly Slater 2:29 - who threaded a couple of thick ones up the reef.
September has been very consistent thus far, and as forecast the swell picked up again the following day with another great session at Padang Padang - which you'll be able to see in tomorrow nights video 🤙

What's impressive is the even being the GOAT... Slater doesn't quite have a handle on this wave as some of the locals do... I'm sure if we gave a week he would but it sure speaks to the talent on the island there.

@@jesussaves33 Tell me, what's your score if you're pull deep in a tube but don't make it out? No doubt Kelly would have that wave wired in a day or two.. just cool to see that we just can't just assume the beast is going to show up and rule a local wave right away. Ever see the movie Bra Boys? Perfect example. Kelly is still the GOAT nonetheless.
