The latest video tutorial that I've made (covering undergraduate topics taught at Cardiff Uni) is on sequences of numbers - including explanations of boundedness, monotonicity and limits. This is a topic taught in the Analysis I module at Cardiff. *Sequences of Numbers:* An infinite, ordered list of real numbers is called a sequence. It is sometimes of interest to determine whether or not these sequences have certain properties. The notions of boundedness and monotonicity are fairly simple to understand (but might not always be easy to prove). Limits of sequences, on the other hand, are rather less easy to define in a non-rigorous way. For example, we might suppose that a sequence approaches a limiting value if its terms "get closer and closer to that limit as the sequence goes on" - but this definition is inaccurate, even in an informal sense. This video explains the proper definitions of boundedness, monotonicity and limits using simple examples and diagrams. Part 1: Sequences of Numbers (Part 1 of 2) Part 2: Sequences of Numbers (Part 2 of 2)
