I love how Matt is clearly using Noel's gear. Noel uses that same guitar with the peace sign and Black Crowes stickers in Familiar to Millions. Still cool to see him, though. The band couldn't have made the summer 2000 tour work without somebody in Noel's place for the shows outside the UK.

I was thinking the same thing about Noel. Apparently, he had another falling out with Liam and quit for a couple of months in 2000 during their European tour, returning for the British and Irish gigs. I must have missed that at the time! 👍🏻

He missed about 6 gigs in the end of the European tour but was back as u said about July that year to play murrayfield and I’m sure Slane castle and the worst gig ever according to Noel Wembley familiar to millions where Liam is wrecked shouting this is a shit hole before the gig even started. Shouting at the crowd that they shouldn’t even play here as it’s for Bob Geldof and live aid workers. 😂
