@@melikfratcicek a more straight answer, look at the song itself at anime level it starts at the third chime of the bells before revealing the sailor senshi where they'd be hidden below in the shadows and they don't come out til the final chime

@Mecquita Live action is quite common nowdays. Sailor Moon has a tv series too (it's not the best, but it's pretty cute :D), so does Ouran High and others shows have movies (Kimi ni todoke, NANA, Death Note etc). Black Butler has musicals as well.
