@@Astelch Oh please, tell me you a casual without telling me you a casual. Have you bothered to watch any of his games prior to NBA? Do you know anything about his upbringing? He developed his soft touch and skills in the post growing up and playing against his 2 brothers that were much older than him. They were bigger and taller than him and he couldn't bully-ball them to the rim so he naturally developed a soft touch and floater shot. No coach in Serbia or NBA helped him develop those skills in the post. His passing ability and tremendous basketball IQ, court vision and awareness is a gift from God.

Thank you for covering the Olympic basketball championship, Coach! Much appreciated. Well deconstructed defensive mistakes of the Serbian team. To be honest, they had almost no chance of winning this game, because this USA team is an all star squad. Even if Serbia reaches the semi-finals, by some miraculous performance improvements from the players, that would be this team's maximum. I would love to say Serbia has a shot at a medal, but I don't see that drive or hunger among these players at these Games. Hope they turn things around, and prove me wrong.

The awful coaching is this guy trying to coach. I can tell from his observations he's never played basketball. No matter how good the coaching is, most of the time people are doing their own thing out on the floor. Most of those shots he says are open are contested. You also bite sometimes and think people are shooting and why you're not on your feet sometimes. Some coaches want them way off ball too, or not switching on picks. Every time a team doesn't switch he yells "Switch" as if every team always switches. Same as them playing way off their man. Coaches sometimes want you to do that to overload the other side of the floor with defenders. Most of the time they are getting back to their man too and have a hand up, and he'll say they were open. No they weren't. And most of the shots Durant took where he was "open" was because he's 7'0 and the defenders were 6'2. Not because they weren't there to cover him.

How long is Serbia's team and coach together before the Olympics? Is that enough time to teach them? If the coach had his regular team playing, then I could see blaming him. Would you blame Kerr for all of USA's mistakes. More importantly, the US has super athletes, far quicker, that can outrun, any Serbian player with the possible exception of Embiid. You play them tight, it's layup practice.
