Serena Pitt is a TV personality known for her appearance on Season 25 of the Bachelor and season 7 of Bachelor in Paradise. Originally from Toronto, Canada, she went on the Bachelor in search of love and ended up getting engaged at the end of her time on Bachelor in Paradise. Outside of the Bachelor franchise, she currently works as a fashion and lifestyle influencer and has a passion for building connections between people and brands. Serena gives us an intimate look into her recent move to New York as well as the ups and downs with her new husband, Joe Amabile.

Thank you for a great discussion 🤗 really appreciate how you opened up about the mental health aspects of the show and especially the aftereffects. Can imagine how a lot of people would dismiss it due to the fame a lot of castmates receive which "compensates" the mental health troubles 😕 I wanted to chime in that there actually is a therapist who specializes in trauma, anxiety etc. specifically from reality TV - Sarah Rice 🙂 She has been on reality TV herself for many years and is a therapist now. She is licensed in marriage and couple's therapy, but is also providing therapy for people who have been on reality TV. She has said that she needed it in the past when she was a contestant on MTV's The Challenge and as no one really specialized in therapy for that, then it was not available at the time even though she and a lot of her castmates needed it, so now she aims to provide it to everyone who may need it as it has become a huge part of the entertainment industry and a lot of people are suffering from issues because of it ❤️

I’m 80 years old, and I sort of follow Serena and Joe and I very much liked this video! Your generation is so interesting! You’re so much more aware and verbal ( like a textbook?) about your lives! I find it riveting! ❤️ you’re cute kids too…you asked for comments; I love learning about your lives. I have been a life long shy introvert, so listening to your conversations seems actually therapeutic! LoLHope that’s not weird! You were talking about “ honeymoon” phases and questioning what it was….maybe it’s partly while you’re feeling like learning about each other is new and that makes everything interesting and exciting, still, because you’re learning.. When the phase ends maybe it’s because your life is becoming more routine and predictable?🤷‍♀️

Hey ladies, quick feedback: I'd love not to see the cameraman on the fridge, I love how cozily n comfortably the guests can sit, it would be nice if the producers in the background wouldn't reflect on the frames above ya'll coz it's disruptive, lastly, I don't like the editing of the show. I noticed it on Racheal's episode n I'm noticing it now which led me to finally comment on it, I shoudn't be able to tell where a cut is n especially not be left to feel like I'm missing some parts of the conversation & that's what I'm feeling right now, a sense of being left out of the conversation basically bc of the editing.
