The rooms are spacious, and there's a section of wall that could be removed to make the living room bigger. The TV is poorly placed. I'd probably move the laundry machines into the mud room and use the laundry room for a half bath. Overall, aside from a few changes in fixtures and finishes, this is a good plan.
