Serenity Prayer Meditation - Listen at Night for Strength and Guidance
Welcome to Dauchsy Meditations. This guided meditation is very simple, yet it is more powerful than you can imagine. Life can be very difficult at times, no matter who you are. Sometimes we just get stuck, or trapped in circumstances that we don’t know how to get out of. You may ask yourself, how did I even get here? This meditation will help you, help you attract what you need, help guide you in your journey through life. Whatever it is you are in need of, the serenity prayer will guide you. You do not need to have any specific religious beliefs for this to work for you. You can direct this prayer to God, The Universe, or your own subconscious mind. As long as you have the faith and the courage to follow your heart, you will attract to you anything and everything you need.

I had some doubts listening to this one since there were several areas of my life that I'd have preferred to fix and to listen to those specific sleep meditations, but I decided to go with this video instead and the results were marvelous!!!! Hi, I am so sorry for your loss. You are going through a very difficult grieving process. It is going to take time and everyone's is different. Give yourself time. Accept your sadness and be kind, compassionate and very gentle with yourself as you would be with a child. Your whole world has shifted, the bond between a mother and a daughter is a very sacred bond. There is a hole in your soul right now. Pray, pray, pray. Ask God to fill that gaping hole with His love and peace. Ask Him to hold you and comfort you during those moments that you can't do anything and you just cry. Bring your questions to God and ask Him for the answers.Wait and listen knowing that He will answer you and He will make clear the unclear.You can be angry it is part of the grieving the process, ask for that to be healed too. Please don't think anything is wrong with you.I will pray for you.

this morning ,I had a conversation with my sister on the phone.she has dementia and it getting so hard to get her to understand things.i feel like I'm loosing my only sisters companionship and the way we once could communicate with each other.as we hung up ,the serenity prayer came to me and I know it was Jesus that have it to me because I didn't know how to help her anymore.i listened and copied it down .I thank you for your meditation. I didn't know how I could change her to be like she was once I wanted that so bad,but I know now that I can't change some things so I need the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.i need toe courage to change the things I can,and I need the wisdom to know the difference.thank you so much.it was so soothing and relaxed me so much.i understand now .I'm glad Jesus gave me the serenity prayer this morning.when I felt so helpless.please pray for my sister her name is Linda it's just the two of us and I want the best things for her I Love her very much.

The key here is really letting the body melt sat nam!

Suddenly, I started weeping from heartache. There has been so much in my life I could not change but instead of accepting it, I've suffered through it relentlessly. I have physical ailments caused by the constant hammering of psychological and emotional pain my whole life. But all I had to do all along is accept the things I can't change? That's a tall order and much easier said than done. My parents were extremely psychologically abusive. They're gone now but their adult kids are left to live in the wake of their unfortunate parenting. How does one accept that? What does "accept" mean? That's where I fall off the ledge 10x a day.

Danny Mirror, (well known for his worldwide hit "I Remember Elvis Presley") he had een addiction in a very dark period of his live en therefore he went to a rehab clinic. Kaka Milano Hi Kaka, I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my father, so I can understand somewhat what you are going through. I wanted to tell you that you are not alone. The good news for you is that we have a God who loves us so much more than we could ever imagine. And death has no victory over us because of what Jesus has done for us on the cross. Your Mom is not dead, but has passed from death into life eternally. She is watching over you and cheering you on in this life, until you can be with her once more in Jesus's kingdom, in Heaven. I would emcourage you to turn to Jesus, and give your burden and your life to Him. He holds the keys to death and eternity! Because of His death, we no longer have to grieve like the rest of the world, with no hope. We can live our lives resting in His peace, knowing that this life is just a temporary rehearsal for what awaits us in eternity in Heaven, with our loved ones! Your Mom is mot suffering but is experiencing peace like she never knew here. But she does not want you to grieve amy longer, but trust Christ with your life and rest in His great love for you. You will see your mother again, and even now she is watching over you and telling you to keep going, trust Jesus, and she will see you in the blink of an eye..This life is so short, please know that you are deeply loved and never alone. Melissa S you took the words right out of my mouth... I am sorry for your loss Kaka. I know what you're going through, not only did I loose my father, my mentor. I also lost my youngest brother that was like my father's clone. My dad died in my brothers arms 6 years earlier. I went through the same grievance you are going through now. I found myself walking in the dark talking to my dad. Until God spoke to me in a dream and told me I should rejoice because my father is home now with his father. I found peace, I still miss him, his smile, his big hands on my head giving me advice. Now I know that when my super healthy brother died in his sleep, it's because it was his time to go home. I thought I would go first with all my health issues and it was my brother instead. That run 6 miles every morning, run marathons, lived in Norway and was so healthy. God has a plan for all of us, we just have to live close to Him, if we want to spend Eternity with our Father and see our loved ones again. Be happy that your mother doesn't have to see what's happening to our world. God bless you and fill your heart with peace.

This is beautiful, but it needs to be recorded SO much louder; I added it to playlist to listen to in bed/overnight, and if I have all the others on a normal audio level, THIS one cant be heard.
