No. Look at the map. Antalya is far away from Azerbaijan and any other territory controlled by the Safavid Empire. Antalya Province had been a Lycian, Greek, Roman, Byzantine, Seljuk, Teke (a Turkmen tribe who founded the Beylik of Teke) and Ottoman territory.
